MOT104 - Technical Product Marketing Engineer
You will participate in technical product management for a distributed computing solution on the Microsoft .NET platform. Ideally you are very familiar with the Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office environment and have experience programming on the Microsoft platform. We are looking for someone with both strong initiative and strong technical abilities. Your job duties will also include:
- Identify and evaluate applications that could benefit from integration with our distributed computing solution
- Plan and execute that integration
- Provide technical guidance to external developers (including contractors and partners) working with our system
- Develop sample applications to serve as reference implementations of our system
- Write documentation for internal and external purposes and
- Write clear, accurate scripts for software demonstrations

You must posess a BA/BS and:
- 2 years developing software for Microsoft Windows using Visual Studio
- Programming experience in Microsoft .NET and Visual C#
- Experience programming with Visual Studio for Office
- Experience with batch scripting in Microsoft Windows
- Pre-sales and/or post-sales experience (e.g., Sales Engineer, Customer Support Engineer, Product Marketing Engineer)
- Excellent presentation skills
- ability to write clear, concise, correct technical material
- ability to identify and resolve process issues
- ability to work independently with limited supervision to produce quality work product under tight deadlines
- ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with customers and other departments and
- excellent attention to detail.
